Complaint for order no. 4599
We received today the electric light fittings, we ordered from you on 25 May ( order no. 4599).
Three of the crates reached us in perfect condition but on unpacking the fourth we found a large number of breakage. As the fitting appear to have been carefully packed, it would seem that the breakage have been caused by rough handling in transit.
We enclosed a list of the damaged fitting and shall be glad if you will take the matter up with the rail way authorities. Replacement’s will of course be needed and we hope you can arrange for these to be sent winthin the next few days. The dean of cultural sciencies faculty university of Udayana has kindly agreed to send information about me if you require it.
